What happens after I complete an order?

Once your order is completed successfully, you will be taken to a page with your download links so that you can immediately download your purchased software. You will also be sent an email with your order summary and download links. (Check your spam or junk folder if that email does not appear in your Inbox.)

The download links in the order confirmation email are valid for only three days. During that time, we will be setting up your Customer Care Account on our website (or updating an existing account if you already have an account with us).

A Customer Care Account provides you with convenient download access to all of your purchased software as well as product updates for which you are eligible. We will contact you by email again as soon as your Customer Care Account is activated or updated.
