Do I have to renew a subscription to your software each year?

Generally speaking, the software you purchase is yours forever with no annual renewal fees. However, if at some point you want to upgrade to a new version when one is released, you will have to purchase the upgrade. However, if you have kept your software current with us, there will be special upgrade pricing.

So there is no yearly subscription or renewal but there will be a charge for major upgrades. Minor maintenance updates are free.

Your Customer Care Account will provide fast and convenient download access to all of your purchased software as well as all maintenance updates. When you purchase software from us a Customer Care Account is automatically setup for you (or your existing account upgraded). There is no need to apply for a Customer Care Account before purchasing software from our website.
