What happens after I order software from your website? How do I download the software?

Once your order is completed successfully, an email will be sent immediately to the email address used on the order form. (Check your spam or junk folder if that email does not appear in your Inbox.)

The order confirmation email contains a download link for the software. The download link in the order confirmation email is valid for only 3 days. During that time, we will be setting up your Customer Care Account on our website (or updating an existing account if you already have an account with us). We will contact you by email again when your Customer Care Account is activated and your software setup to download. The download in the order confirmation email and from the Customer Care Account are the same, so you can download from either link.

A Customer Care Account provides you with convenient download access to all of your purchased software as well as product updates for which you are eligible.
